At Gadget Brothers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we're here to help.

Return & Replacement

You may request a Return or Replacement if:

- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- You receive an incomplete order or any item is missing.

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share the following while contacting us:

- A clear photo or video of the product.
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification).
- A clear photo of the Package Label (Shipping Label) attached to the parcel.
- A brief description of the issue.

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement cannot be arranged or if the order is cancelled by Gadget Brothers before dispatch.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the required bank details are provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Change of mind after purchase.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.
- Return request raised after the specified return period.
- Product returned without its original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice (where applicable).

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Important Note

Gadget Brothers reserves the right to inspect and verify all return, replacement, and refund requests before approval. Any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy may be declined.
